EDI采用標準組件設(shè)計可根據(jù)要求組合成任意系統(tǒng),產(chǎn)水量可達1-450m3/h。
工作原理
供給原水進入EDI系統(tǒng),主要部分流入樹脂/膜內(nèi)部,而另一部分沿膜板外側(cè)流動,以洗去透出膜外的離子。
樹脂截留水中的溶存離子。
被截留的離子在電極作用下,陰離子向正極方向運動,陽離子向負極方向運動。
陽離子透過陽離子膜,排出樹脂/膜之外。
陰離子透過陰離子膜,排出樹脂/膜之外。
濃縮了的離子從廢水流路中排出。
無離子水從樹脂/膜內(nèi)流出。
EDI

treatment. This technology uses the
demineralization process of electrical
regeneration ion exchange instead of traditional
demineralization process of mixed ion exchange
DI. The resin and selective ion membrane can
reach high desalination effect by exchanging the
ion, and if the process is combined with reverse
osmosis , the water quality can be up to 10-15M
Ω.CM.

system according to the requirement,water output

Working principle
The supplied raw water enters
into EDI system,main portion flows into resin/membrane,and
the other portion flows along the outboard of
the membrane plate,in order to clean the ion
outside the membrane.
Resin captures undissolved ion
The captured ion is forced by the
electrode,anion moves to anode,and cation moves
to cathode.
Cation permeates cation
membrane,and discharges from resin/membrane.
Anion permeates anion
membrane,and discharges from resin/membrane.
Concentrated ion discharges from
the wastewater flow channel.
Non- ion water discharges from
resin/membrane.
